This website is operated by It’s Jo Ltd., Company No. 300734134, located at 91 Galim, HaBonim, Israel (“It’s Jo”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

  1. ABOUT THE STORE

It’s Jo is an online boutique offering original design products, stationery, textiles, accessories, lifestyle products and other items that may be added or changed from time to time.

We may update, change, discontinue or introduce products at any time.

  1. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding transaction under the law applicable to you and that the information you provide is complete and accurate.

If you are a minor or otherwise require the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase, you confirm that the required consent has been obtained.

  1. PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to present our products, colors, dimensions, materials and other characteristics as accurately as possible.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in displays, lighting, materials, printing methods and manufacturing processes.

Many of our products are printed or manufactured in small production runs. Minor variations between individual items may occur as a natural part of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product images are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Measurements and specifications are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

  1. AVAILABILITY

All products are offered subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it or guarantee that it will remain available until checkout is completed.

In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include waiting for restocking, selecting an alternative where appropriate, or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the relevant market or as otherwise displayed on the website.

Where required by applicable law, prices displayed to consumers include applicable taxes. Shipping charges and any other charges payable through us will be displayed before completion of the order.

For international orders, local customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

We may change our prices, promotions and discounts at any time. Any such change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout.

An order is considered confirmed after payment has been successfully authorized and an order confirmation has been issued.

  1. ERRORS

We do our best not to mess things up, but we are still human.

Occasionally, the website may contain a typographical, technical, pricing, product description or other error.

We reserve the right to correct such errors.

If a material error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you. Depending on the circumstances and subject to applicable law, you may be offered the option to proceed on the corrected basis or cancel the affected order and receive a full refund for it.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to the destinations available at checkout.

Available shipping methods, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed on the website and/or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by carriers, customs processing, holidays, security situations, transportation disruptions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and contact information.

  1. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER

We want you to be happy with what arrives at your door.

Our rules regarding returns, cancellations, refunds and exchanges are set out in our Return & Refund Policy and are subject to applicable consumer protection law.

If your product arrives damaged, is different from what you ordered, or something about your order simply doesn’t feel right, please contact us at hello@itsjo.studio.

And even when something doesn’t fit neatly into a returns policy — talk to us. It’s Jo is a boutique brand, and there are actual humans on the other side of the email. If you are disappointed with something you received, we want to know and will do our best to find a fair solution.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content — including product designs, illustrations, artwork, graphics, photographs, text, copy, product names, logos, branding, packaging and other creative materials — are owned by or licensed to It’s Jo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing one of our products does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the product’s design or artwork.

You may not copy, reproduce, manufacture, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, modify or create derivative works based on our designs or website content without our prior written permission.

You are welcome to share images or links to our products for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not falsely suggest an endorsement, sponsorship or collaboration with It’s Jo.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or otherwise use the website in a manner that could harm us, our customers or third parties.

We may restrict access or cancel an order where reasonably necessary in cases of suspected fraud, abuse or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is hosted on Shopify and may use third-party providers for services such as payment processing, shipping, analytics, email communications and other functions necessary to operate the store.

Certain services may be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those third parties.

The website may occasionally contain links to third-party websites. A link does not necessarily constitute our endorsement of, or responsibility for, the content or services of that third party.

Agreeing to receive marketing communications is not a condition of making a purchase.

We take reasonable measures to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always operate without interruption or error.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, nor does it limit any mandatory consumer rights.

  1. CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including war, security events, emergencies, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, transportation or shipping disruptions, infrastructure failures or governmental restrictions.

If such circumstances affect an order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you and find an appropriate solution.

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to our store, services or applicable legal requirements.

The Terms applicable to a purchase are those in effect at the time the order is placed.

These Terms and the operation of It’s Jo are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory rights or protections that apply to them under applicable law.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.

If there is any inconsistency between the Hebrew and English versions of these Terms, the Hebrew version will prevail in relation to the Company’s activities in Israel, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
